If you are unhappy with your order we ask that you contact us within a week of despatch. Provided that the item is unused and returned to us in saleable condition we will offer a full refund, excluding postage, once the item is received and checked.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please note the customer will be responsible for the cost and safety of the return items.
