When redeemed your mushroom log kit arrives enclosed in a gift box with all the mushroom accessories without the bulky straw to be purchased locally. For the all in one box kit check out our Premium edition kit.

Kit contents:

A 1 meter mushroom log bag, easy to read comprehensive instructions, including a ‘Hints & Tips’ section, and a whopping 200g of fresh spawn in a heat sealed filter patch bag, mushroom mist bottle and in a gift box (20 x 15 x 6). You will also need in addition : 3 Litre's of boiling water, a bin liner and pet bedding straw (You can buy from Local Super Store or Pet Store).

Variations:

Phoenix Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Extremely rapid incubation, well-formed, very tasty fruit bodies, excellent results at higher temperatures. Fruiting temperature 11-28°c

Blue Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Rapidly growing species, very high yield, excellent quality of the fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 5-22°c

Pink Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Rapid incubation, decorative fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 18-28°c

Gold Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Decorative species, slight milder taste, rapid production. Fruiting temperature 13-28°c

Florida Oyster Qualities: good cultivation results, develop into medium size, funnel-shaped fruit bodies temperatures between 11- 28°C.

Note: The 9 holes in these logs develop mushrooms at different speeds giving an on going supply of mushrooms.

Not suitable for direct sunlight or temperatures above 28°C. Not suitable for airing cupboards. Boiling water is required when using this kit some supervision will be required for children.
