Part of our secret is our very own sandstone well which is overflowing with minerals.  We regularly check the well to ensure the continued high quality of our products. This mineral water is used in the substrate that our mushrooms grow on, as well as during the hydration process and is key to the flavour, size and health benefits of our mushrooms.
